Origin of name

NET-ON.ORG
NET-ON.ORG
Its name comes from the union of marsh English words (swamp) and stomp (tread). Its Japanese name, ヌ マ ク ロ ー Numacraw, probably derives from 沼 numa (swamp) and crawfish (crayfish) .Swampert
Swampert resembles an amphibious biped with a robust body cobalt blue. Its tail and fins which are located above his head are black and are made of a special membrane that vibrates when it senses differences in the sound of the waves and the winds due to the tides, allowing Swampert to predict storms and tempests. The eyes are orange, with black pupils. It owns the orange bumps on arms, legs and cheeks; the latter are formed by three thick and sharp spikes. The lower body is bluish light. The hands and feet of Swampert have three fingers.
MegaSwampert
Following megaevoluzione in MegaSwampert, the Pokémon body becomes much more massive and muscular. In particular, the upper limbs undergo a huge development: it seems that Mega Swampert are wearing boxing gloves. The size of the fins on the head increases and it comes a third in the middle of the first two, although less accentuated. New lumps, always orange, go sit alongside those already present on the arms, bringing the total to three over both legs, and two more appear on the shoulders of Pokémon. The spines on the cheeks reach a considerable length.
Differences between the sexes
None.
Special abilities
Its powerful view makes it able to observe the bottom of the murky waters and, thanks to its powerful force, is able to tow a boat while swimming or lifting effortlessly a ton. Thanks to the double type can use either water moves such as Hydro Pump and Slush, and land, as Mud Shot.
Behavior
The Swampert are peaceful, but if they are attacked they become very aggressive and defend themselves vigorously until the danger has not passed and has recovered a total security situation.
Habitat
Swampert and its evolutionary family live in swamps or wetlands. Build nests on the beaches.
Diet
According to a Black Belt of Mossdeep Swampert it is a fan of the Red Pokémella.
