physiognomy
Celebi is a small humanoid Pokémon predominantly light green, has a round head with ones that look like upturned combed hair that makes him a drip head whose tip is darker, owns small antennas Blue-tip and two large eyes with heavenly eyes, the eyes are blacks at the edges and has a thin mouth and petite. The arms are disproportionate to the body as being too long and strong with three small fingers, the pelvis and the lower limbs are of a darker green and is separated from the lighter green with a sort of V, the feet are round rather similar in design of typical cartoon shoes. Finally Celebi has a small pair of transparent wings fairy.
Differences between the sexes
Celebi is a genderless species.
Special abilities
The most incredible ability to Celebi is of course to be able to travel in time, also it is capable of restoring life to the plants (also owned by Meganium skills) and despite its size, Celebi is able to use powerful attacks Grass-type and Psycho, is also able to fly even if can not avoid Ground-type attacks and can resurrect his alter’ego of another age just coming back or forward in time.
Behavior
Celebi, like Mew, it is a very playful and although the tonnage is incredibly powerful Pokémon, another characteristic in common with Mew, but it is very shy and prefers not to be seen despite his amazing powers. Although you can see more Celebi at once, I am actually alter ego of the same Celebi from other eras, although some say it is impossible to say precisely. Celebi is also very protective of its habitat and Pokémon who live there, for this is also known as “Voice of the Forest.”
Habitat
Since Celebi travels through time, you can live in many places, although he lives mainly in forests, in particular the Ilex Forest Johto, where it is considered to be his guardian spirit.

Origin of name
It comes from the word celestial (heavenly) and the word being (creature) or serenity (serenity) and bi 美 (beauty).

Sceptile
MegaSceptile
Sceptile
The appearance of Sceptile is based on a lizard and is the final evolution of Treecko family. Sceptile has two crests on the head and quite a long neck. The Sceptile eyes are semicircular with yellow and red borders sclera. Even the Sceptile throat is red, and life is a red band like a belt. The Sceptile chest is crossed by a narrow strip, which is somewhat reminiscent of the shape of the letter V. Among the features that Sceptile shares with the plants there are six yellow nodules on his back, called “seeds” (similar to nodules appearance legume plants can absorb nitrogen from the air) and a tail similar to palm leaves. Sceptile arms are long, have three claws each and two elongated leaves that become bright sharp knives when he uses his signature move, Leaf Blade. Among the nodules on the back files runs a long, thin line. Finally, a big tail reminiscent of a pine, because of the numerous needles on it.
MegaSceptile
MegaSceptile changes radically. It is much higher than the normal form, the two ridges are larger and have a sort of circular cutting. It has a red outline around the yellow eyes and of the leaves on the bust arranged so as to form four tips. The leaves on the arms are long and red coloration on the top edge. Along the back, between the nodules, extends a red line, arrived at the base of the tail, it forms the rings. In this area are four other “seeds”, two orange and two red are developed. On the end of the tail it is now present a kind of spearhead red.
Differences between the sexes
None.
Special abilities
Sceptile can rely on long and sharp leaves on his forearms as the main weapon. Through these and due to its enormous speed is able to take down enemies and prey as well as cutting of trees large net through the Leaf Blade move. Sceptile is also, like all the most powerful Grass-type Pokémon, able to absorb sunlight thanks to the seeds on the back and convert it into energy with SolarBeam. As the second stage of a Grass Pokémon, Sceptile can obviously rely on a huge number of other powerful moves of its type among which those in which can move large amounts of plants or leaves into the enemy like Frenzy and Leaf Storm. It is also able to take advantage of its speed with moves such as Aerial Ace, which swoops down from above on your enemies, and Quick Attack.
Behavior
Sceptile is usually blissfully bask in the sun to lovingly nurture the seeds on its back. Inside the forest where he lives is the undisputed master as the very high speed at which jumps from one branch to another and powerful repertoire of moves available to allow him to seize their prey off guard is that the enemies.
Habitat
Sceptile lives exclusively in forests and jungles inside of which is the undisputed king. However it may happen that bait in the sun to absorb the energy necessary to the growth of their plants. In any case it is extremely rare.

Curiosity
Sceptile has several unique features among the final evolutions of the starter Pokémon:
It has the lowest PS.
Until the sixth generation had the highest amount of basic statistics of all the final evolution of the Grass-type starter. In fact, with its sum of basic statistics equal to 530, it exceeds Venusaur, Meganium and Torterra to share 525, and a height of 528. But now Serperior was joined by chesnaught, who shares with him the primacy.
It is the lightest ever between types Grass.
It is the only introduced in the Third Generation not earn another type with evolution.
Sceptile and its pre-evolutions are the only Grass-type Pokémon to belong to the group Dragon Eggs.
It is the only Grass-type Pokémon that can learn Dragon Claw. Together with its pre-evolutions, is also the only one able to learn DragonBreath.
However, the sixth generation on, acquires the type Drago through megaevoluzione.
Until the sixth generation was the first Pokémon whose base rate higher. It has now been overtaken by Greninja.
However with Ruby and Sapphire Omega Alpha, when megaevolve, recovers its primacy.
Origin
Based on a gecko and a Dilophosaurus, a breed of dinosaur.
Origin of name
Its name probably derives from the crossing of English words scepter (scepter, in relation to its title of “King of the Forest”), Sceptridium (a variety of vascular plants) or scent (odor, scent), with reptile (reptile). Its Japanese name, ジ ュ カ イ ン Jukain, could result from 樹 海 Jukai (abundant foliage).
